PROPOSALS are under way to restore the landmark King Edward VII Hospital estate between Easebourne and Fernhurst.
In its heyday the private hospital served around 20,000 patients every year, specialising in cardiac and cancer treatment.
But the facility closed in 2006 and has been blighted by failed plans and economic woes since.
