A FAMILIAR word has been quoted by councillors in response to plans to build 12 flats on the site of a Petersfield car park.

The applicant wants to build a three-storey block with parking underneath on the site of the private car park in front of Paris House.

Councillors have criticised the "premature" timing of the application given the ongoing work on the Petersfield Neighbourhood Plan.
