AN outline application has been submitted to East Hampshire planners for the construction of two two-and-a-half storey dwellings with double garages on land south of Wilsom Farmhouse, at 60 Wilsom Road, Alton.

The 0.4-acre garden land site is currently allocated for residential development in the Alton Neighbourhood Plan.

Each of the proposed two three-bed houses would have two car parking spaces and would share the existing and established access from Wilsom Road (B3004) with Wilsom Farmhouse. They would be available for sale on the open market.
