LONG-awaited plans to redevelop a derelict pub in Petersfield town centre have finally been submitted.

The shutters could soon be coming down on the Market Inn following a double planning application from a Dorset firm.

Orbit Holdings have confirmed plans to turn the renovate and extend the crumbling eyesore into a retail unit and two apartments.
