TODDLERS' play equipment in Clanfield, which attracted vandalism and anti-social behaviour from teenagers, is to have a new life in Croatia.
The play equipment was installed at Storrington Road on what is known as the Bellways estate.
Parish councillors had already agreed that the equipment would be removed and the area returned to grass. But at an extraordinary meeting last week they accepted a scheme to donate the three items of equipment from the site to a charity.
The swing, spring mobile and small slide will be transported to Croatia, where they will be put to good use.
