RESIDENTS of Frensham Vale are calling on a property owner and prospective developer to "do the right thing" and abandon proposals to build an estate of up to 50 homes on land backing onto Edgeborough School. In a joint letter to The Herald, the residents say they will be writing to Bargate Homes, the company which in March revealed its interest in such a development by submitting a screening application to Waverley Borough Council. They will be suggesting that "in light of the community's very strong objections" the developer should agree not to make any planning application to build houses at 35 Frensham Vale.
