POLICE are appealing for help following an arson attack on a car parked at the Herons Leisure centre, in Haslemere.

A black Ford Mondeo was set alight between 9.40pm and 10.05pm on April 20, causing £8,000 worth of damage. The owner had been using the gym when the incident happened.

Inspector Simon Dann said: "Anyone driving out of the car park would have had to pass the attacked vehicle and may have seen something which could help officers locate the suspect and bring them to justice," said the investigating officer.
