I AM proud to represent the Green Party in the East Hampshire constituency in this general election.

I was elected in May as a town councillor in Petersfield. As a member of the grounds committee I have worked to protect our wonderful local green spaces and promote biodiversity.

I love every minute in my role as town councillor. My eyes have been opened to the work that goes on in our community at this level of local government.

I have a strong academic background, having been an educationalist, researcher and author. I have worked in public service, education and charity roles, including with young offenders and looked after children.

I always try to make a positive difference to the community in which I live.

I am standing as the Green Party candidate because I love meeting people and finding out what makes them tick; listening and understanding what their issues are. I am passionate about the Green Party’s progressive approach that will bring greater social justice for individuals in East Hampshire.
