FERNHURST Lunch Club enjoyed a Megan and Harry-themed lunch, last Thursday.
Members were invited to wear wedding hats or jazzy waistcoats and bring along their own wedding photos to share.
Chairman Robert Smalley proposed a toast to the happy couple with a glass of bubbly.
The members then sat down at wedding-themed tables with crisp white linen and floral displays to enjoy a meal, prepared by chef Paul Harrison, of coq au vin, creamed potatoes and vegetables followed by lemon roulade, coffee and mints accompanied by a glass of wine.
Organiser Anne Pennington said: “It was a great success and thoroughly enjoyed by all concerned.”
