CHAWTON CofE Primary School pupils took part in a Race for Life event to support Cancer Research UK.
This year’s run, which raised raise more than £850, took the young participants on a circuit around Chawton cricket field.
Parents and families were invited and encouraged to join in.
The event was very well attended. Children, staff and parents all wore pink for the day and the children wore forms on their backs, displaying written dedications and colourful pictures.
Everyone who took part received an official Race for Life medal.
