Printer's error leads to council tax blunder

AROUND 10 per cent of this year's council tax bills may have to be re-issued following a printer's error.

WS Atkins, contracted by East Hampshire District Council to run its council tax service, became aware of the error earlier this week and assessed the problem could affect 4,500 bills.
