This town centre apartment under the dome overlooks the entire high street and could be yours for just £260k.

Norfolk House, on Bordon high street, is nestled under the green copper dome that caps the town, above the shop Coral.

The building has been there for more than a century, and was home to shoe store Frisby’s in 1907.

Covering two floors, the maisonette contains three large double bedrooms and an open plan kitchen-dining room.

The central aspect of the property though is the triple-aspect lounge, which sits at the end facing the high street.

There is also a family bathroom, and a private entrance to the property.

The property is being marketed by Bourne Estate Agents, who have listed the property at £260k.

Jordan Gold, of Bourne Estate Agents, said: “Norfolk House is a character property set under a wonderful domes copper roof with original features such as sach windows and decorative fireplaces.

“With its own entrance and a large hallway, the property comprises a triple aspect generous lounge, open plan modern kitchen-dining room with a breakfast bar, fitted appliances, a family bathroom with separate toilet and three large double bedrooms.

“Norfolk House is well known for its prime location in the centre of Bordon above the Coral betting shop. The property is currently on the market with Bourne Estate Agents for offers in the region of £260,000.”
