A TENNIS court, built at the luxury Dunsfold home of a TV personality, will have to be demolished despite the 102-acre estate being snapped up by a mystery buyer last week.

Waverley Borough Council has insisted the tennis court on Anthea Turner and Grant Bovey's Barbins Grange former estate will still have to be demolished, after the property was bought for around £11.5m.
