A 'CRIME traveller' who committed burglaries across England, including at properties in Wormley and Dunsfold, and his 'handler' have had £47,050 in cash seized from them at a forfeiture hearing.

As a result of work by Surrey Police's Economic Crime Unit the prolific burglar was prosecuted under The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 introduced to ensure that crime does not pay.
