FRIDAY was a red letter day with a difference for a Haslemere restaurateur when he received a water bill final demand from Thames Water for a staggering £6,109.03.
It is the latest episode in a long-running saga which began when Stephane Jacob opened his classic French restaurant Brasserie Ma Cuisine in Wey Hill in July last year.
