A PUB in Heath End is to have its premises licence reviewed for the second time in three years following an alleged public order offence.
The Royal Arms in Farnborough Road is to be reviewed under Section 51 of the Licensing Act 2003 by Waverley Borough Council.
The review has been called by Surrey Police on the grounds that the licensee, Jon-Paul Stubbings, is failing to properly manage the premises and has failed to promote the licensing objectives - the prevention of crime and disorder.
