CLASSIC car enthusiasts are being invited to regular events at The Royal Oak pub in Liphook Road, Bordon.
The meetings, set to be held on the first Sunday of every month, will see collectors bring their vintage vehicles to the pub’s car park for all to see.
The events, organised by Barry Poulter and Ron Neal, are in response to the popularity of classic-car shows held in Farnham, Petersfield and Alton throughout the year - a notable example being the Herald’s Classic Car Show and Rally.
It was felt that Whitehill and Bordon was missing out on a similar fixture for residents of all ages to enjoy with their vehicles.
The meetings will start in May and are set to be held from 9.30am-1pm (or longer if desired).
There will be classic cars, bikes and other types of vintage vehicles.
Tea, coffee and bacon rolls will also be served at the pub.
Call 07709 276148 or 01420 488019 to get involved.
