The latest figures show that the quality of information Crimestoppers has received at its national call centre – which is based in Surrey – has been of high quality as many more individuals have been arrested.
The Crimestoppers charity has achieved a one per cent increase in actionable information over the past year and seen a 10 per cent rise in the number of people arrested and charged as a result of information passed to the charity.
