STAGECOACH will be seeking to improve punctuality of the 65 bus service after complaints from passengers in the Holybourne area.
Chris Campbell said he and fellow passengers have become having to stand out in the cold, wet and windy weather, waiting for a bus that has, on occasions, been more than half an hour late or, worse still, failed to turn up at all.
As an Alton Town Council transport consultant and chairman of the Alton Line Users Association, Mr Campbell has, he claims, received a "flood of complaints" about the 64/65 bus service which, he says "has been unreliable since August and is getting worse".
