SHOCKWAVES are being felt in Petersfield this week after the revelation that students from the exclusive Bedales School have been thrown out following a drink and sex scandal.

The £30,000-per-year private boarding school in Steep, near Petersfield, confirmed the sexual liaison on Wednesday following what was understood to be a end-of-term sexual romp in the school's sandpit.
