AS the school nativity season got fully under way, children at St James Primary School were not going to miss out, as they got into character for year’s performance of ‘Baubles’.

The stage play from Out of the Ark by Antony Copus, was filled with funky, upbeat and fun songs, with an array of whacky, good natured characters.

The performance incorporated all of the children, who were very excited to get on stage and finally show their family what they had accomplished.

According to very impressed members of staff everyone left feeling that little bit more Christmasy - the hard work had definitely paid off.
