FELT-TASTIC! That was the verdict of young Zoe at the end of last Thursday's Junior Club felt-making session at Haslemere museum.
Led by the museum's former education officer, Maggie Monteath, the youngsters learned how felt, the oldest fabric known to man, was first made and studied some examples from the museum's collection before heading off to the galleries to get some ideas for their own designs.
