A PYJAMA day at Privett Montessori Nursery raised more than £100 for Sport Relief.
All the children sported their colourful pyjamas and dressing gowns throughout the morning. And they started with a healthy breakfast which set them up for all sorts of fun activities.
Lorna Kefe, coach of Petersfield Playball, organised all the games, including an an obstacle course followed by three activities which the children rotated around which involved ball skills and team work.
There was also a treasure hunt followed by parachute games and the children threw all their spare pennies in the Sports Relief buckets.
“It was a unique day and a huge success,” said Kate Pritchard, head of Privett Montessori.
“The children suggested wearing their pyjamas to nursery and they were really excited to take part in the Sport Relief day.”
