FARNHAM's very own gold medal winner Rachel Morris says she will give "everything she can" to retain her handcycling title at next week's Paralympic Games.

Rachel finally got her hands on her specially adapted racing bike this week.
The £7,500 bike was paid for by Herald readers after a road accident, in July, threatened her chances of competing at the London Games.
She will be competing at Brands Hatch in Kent, defending her H3 time trial gold won in Beijing, on September 5, before competing in the H1-3 road race two days later.
