RAIL franchise South West Trains is introducing special customer ambassadors.

Dressed in red jackets, the ambassadors will be located on platforms and station concourses across the network, which serves Petersfield, Liss, Liphook, Alton, Haslemere and Farnham, to offer guidance and advice to passengers.

They are equipped with smart technology to provide access to the latest rail service information.
