RAIL commuters in Petersfield and Liss have received an unwelcome late Christmas present from South West Trains – a price hike!
The cost of the average fare on the South West Trains network will rise by 5.8 per cent during the first week of January. And the inflation-busting rise goes beyond six per cent on some journeys, while car parking charges are also going up at Liss and Petersfield railway stations.
