HOPES have been renewed that Bordon could once again have its own railway station, which residents have been calling for since the line was axed 40 years ago.
The Government has given Hampshire County Council cash to carry out a feasibility study into the cost of relaying old railway lines, which would give Bordon a service to Liss or Liphook, or to Bentley via the Army's Longmoor line.
