SATURDAY'S weather did nothing to dampen the spirit of visitors to Alton's Spring Festival.

Supported by a bustling Hampshire Farmers Market in the High Street and the Alton Lions Craft Market – the biggest of the season to date – the Spring Festival attracted a host of stalls and exhibits.
