FARNHAM people are being called on to revive the spirit that saved the Maltings for the town 40 years ago and dip into their pockets to buy Bishops Meadows.
The call to buy the flood meadow, being marketed at a guide price of £280,000, gained an enthusiastic reception at a meeting in St Andrew's Parish Church last Wednesday, attended by around 160 people.
