A PETERSFIELD company is celebrating are rare business double.

Morgan Innovation & Technology Ltd, based on Bedford Road in the town, has been awarded a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade – for the second time.

The Queen’s Award is the highest accolade for business success in the UK and is awarded for growth and commercial success in international trade.

Morgan IAT’s turnover grew from £1.8m in 2010 to nearly £5m in 2015.

Based on Petersfield Business Park, it designs, develops and manufactures new products in both medical and commercial industries. In addition to developing its own ideas, the company offers a unique funding approach for complete “idea to manufacture” service to individuals, companies, universities and hospitals to bring to market products with global potential.

A specialist medical manufacturer, Morgan IAT now has plans to expand its general commercial manufacturing capability, to take advantage of its team’s skills in electronics engineering.
