HAMPSHIRE Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is holding a recruitment drop-in session on Thursday, August 16, for experienced and newly-qualified nurses.
The Trust provides hospital services at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, Royal Hampshire County Hospital, Winchester, and Andover War Memorial Hospital, and has vacancies throughout for high-quality nursing staff.
There is a particular need in Winchester and Basingstoke for nurses to work on the acute medicine wards, elderly care, specialist award-winning Stroke Unit, theatres and critical care.
Thursday's recruitment session is to be held between 9am and noon at
the Ark Conference Centre at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital.
Associate Nursing Director, Edmund Cartwright, said: "Drop in and meet some current employees and senior nurses, have an informal chat and get a true insight into the organisation before applying to join us. You can also test for yourself how easy Basingstoke is to get to from all over the south and further afield. Winchester is easily commutable from Eastleigh, Southampton and the south coast."

For nurses returning to the profession after a break, the Foundation Trust is willing to assist with funding of the required Return to Practice course.
