THE next monthly meeting of the Farnham Repair Cafe will take place at Farnham United Reformed Church, South Street tomorrow (Saturday, December 9)) from 10am to 1pm.

Everyone is invited to bring up to three broken products to be (hopefully) fixed for free, and the event is open to all volunteers either with repair skills or who want to fix a product, create art or product from waste, or just want to network and learn.

There are normally six repair stations covering electrical, laptops, mechanicals, bikes, textiles and furniture, and the group is also particularly interested in anyone who is interested in Upcycling products to join its Creative Zone.

Farnham Repair Cafe is a collaborative project between The Centre for Sustainable Design at the University for the Creative Arts, Farnham Town Council and Farnham United Reformed Church.

More details can be found at cfsd.org.uk/events/farnham_repair_cafe/ or via the group’s newly-launched YouTube channel.
