A RESCUE mission has been launched following the shock announcement of the threatened closure of St Margaret's convent senior school in Midhurst.
Parents of pupils at the school, many of whom come from the Haslemere area, have this week vowed to fight the closure plans announced last week because of cash problems and a drop in the roll.
