RESIDENTS evacuated from their homes at Chase Field, Farringdon, are preparing to take district planners to task over the decision which enabled the New Downland Housing Association to build 16 houses on a well-known flood plain.
They have demanded access to relevant planning notes. "All we are seeking is fairness and honesty. Someone ought to be accountable," said spokesperson for the residents, Charlotte Drew.
