ALTON Eastbrooke and Wooteys Residents' Association have voiced objections to an outline application for 120 homes.

The controversial proposal, submitted by Foreman Homes, seeks to build 48 affordable dwellings and 72 market dwellings on land south west of Highmead House, on Old Odiham Road.

With the consultation period coming to a close this week, the residents' association are urging the public to have their say.

Central to residents' concerns is the site's location which is "the highest and most exposed point to the north of the town".
