Residents invited to join recycling scheme

RESIDENTS in the Alton area are being given another opportunity to join East Hampshire District Council's new kerb-side recycling scheme.

While more than 40 percent of eligible households in the north of the district have signed on for the new service, which starts in early November, the drive is on to get more on board.
