BEACON Hill residents have joined forces this week to oppose plans to convert the former garage on the corner of Churt and Beacon Hill Roads into an industrial manufacturing site.
A campaign is being organised to fight the application by engineering company BP Hydraulics, which plans to move its operation from Blackburn Works in Catteshall Road, Godalming, to the village centre site.
