RESIDENTS are celebrating winning the first round in their campaign to halt a development of 51 homes on the site of the old Park School in Farnham.
Members of the Waverley western area planning sub-committee voted unanimously to refuse permission to Barratt Homes to demolish the existing buildings and build a mix of new homes, including two four-storey blocks, in their place.
