A SENIOR judge in the High Court has approved an application by the Undershaw Preservation Trust for a judicial review.

It is the latest stage of a legal battle which began last year. The trust – fighting to preserve the home of the author of the Sherlock Homes detective thrillers – is now waiting for a hearing date.
