OWNERS of the Farnham Police Station site are hoping that an offer of £413,000 towards providing affordable housing on a different site will sway Waverley Council to approve their sheltered homes development.

Churchill Retirement Living has resubmitted its planning application to provide 50 sheltered/retirement living apartments on the site of the police station.
