ITALIAN restaurant owner Neil Pandya is so cheesed off about plans for Petersfield's third pizza house that he has organised a petition.

Mr Pandya who owns Pizza Plus launched his petition two days before Christmas and says he already has the support of most retailers in Chapel Street as well as many of his customers.
