THE A325 will soon be closed at night to enable essential roadworks to be carried out. The work, to be carried out by Raynesway Construction Limited, will commence on Monday, February 14 and last for at least three weeks. Mark Batcheldor, from Hampshire County Council, said: "These works will be carried out utilising overnight road closures to the A325 from 7 pm to 7 am. "The main signed diversion route will be installed during these hours directing vehicles to use the A31 and B3004. There will also be two signed secondary diversions, for the southbound traffic Dockenfield Street and High Thickett Road and for the northbound traffic, Frith End Road and Binsted Road. He continued: "The works are programmed for 20 nights which does not include any delays due to inclement weather."
