A PROPOSED four-month closure of Tilford Road at the beginning of March for water mains work has prompted threats of legal action by the Frensham Garden Centre.

South East Water's £550,000 scheme will see a new 2.2-kilometre water main laid between the junctions with Lodge Hill Road/Monk's Walk in The Bourne and The Reeds Road in Tilford.
