Members of Farnham Lions along with many volunteers delivered empty bags to 1,800 houses in Farnham last week asking for donations of seasonal treats as well as basic foods to the appeal.
On Sunday morning hundreds of bags were collected, emptied and then sorted and re bagged producing 350 bags ready for delivery onto various local agencies to distribute.
Farnham Lions members would like to extend their gratitude to all who donated and who volunteered to help to offer a little extra Christmas cheer to those receiving the bags.
