ROTARY in Farnham has sent £2,000 to help the Caribbean relief effort.
The Farnham and Farnham Weyside clubs have thanked members of the public for supporting their street collections to raise funds for ShelterBox. It has paid for two Shelterkits and further donations.
ShelterBox, an independent charity based in Cornwall, was originally founded by Rotarians. More than 500 Shelterkits are already en route to St Kitts and the response team is setting up a base on Antigua.
