NOMINATIONS are now open for an employee or team who goes “above and beyond” the call of duty at Guildford’s Royal Surrey County Hospital (RSCH).

The Patients’ Choice Award is an opportunity to thank staff who deliver outstanding service on a daily basis, and nominations are welcome from anyone served by the RSCH, including patients, carers and family members.

To nominate either go to www.royalsurrey.nhs.uk, complete the online nomination and click submit, or pick up a form from reception or request a form from a member of staff.

The deadline for nominations is 5pm, on August 19.
