VICTIMS of crime in the villages surrounding Farnham are almost 14 per cent more likely to be burgled than those in the town centre, according to rough figures taken from the new Home Office crime map.
But the same figures show the town centre is more likely to suffer from all other forms of crime, including anti-social behaviour from petty vandalism to noisy neighbours, violence, criminal damage, shoplifting and drug offences.
