SAINSBURY'S has revealed extensive redevelopment plans for land in Liphook, that include 36 homes and light industry.
The supermarket has made four applications for the former Ministry Of Defence site in Midhurst Road.
The first is for 36 new homes with associated access and parking. The second is combined use, 225 sq m of retail floor space with two, one-bed room flats and two, two- bedroom flats on the first floor.
The remaining applications are a pair of duplicate outline proposals for 10,000 sq m of light industrial use with associated parking and access.
A spokesman told The Herald that these plans would complete their redevelopment of the site. "It's still early days though, and we will determine the details when we talk to the council about the needs of the local area," she said.
