AN application to extend the extraction area of Rabbitfield Hill Sandpit at Picketts Hill has been labelled as company "greed" by local resident Stephen Drew.
The application is to extract another 91,000 tonnes of sand from the Rabbitfield Hill site - and Mr Drew said: "This is an eyesore that will remain visible for a long while and the company has no intention of filling this hole when it has gone."
