FATHER Christmas is making his way to Potters Gate C of E Primary School this weekend as the school opens its doors for a Christmas fair.

Santa will be arriving by fire engine at midday on Sunday (November 25) to greet children with sweets, before going to his grotto.

Every child who visits him will receive a free gift until the fair closes at 3pm.

The school will be buzzing with games stalls, such as a chocolate tombola and letter writing to Santa, and there will be plenty of bargains to bid for in the silent auction.

Money raised will be used to buy new resources at the school.
